Our goal is to minimize the amount of time taken out of each employee’s productive workday, as well as the number of questions and mistakes that typically accompany the enrollment process.

  • We conduct benefit meetings around the unique schedule of you and your employees.

During these benefit meetings, your employees will be educated on the changes being made to your insurance programs, the added capabilities of MyPlanPlus and Health Advocate, the underlying trends in the healthcare marketplace, and other Q & A.

  • We provide personal assistance with new-hires, terminations, ID Card requests and changes throughout the plan year.

Working closely with your HR administrator, we will streamline the ordinary, day-to-day transactions and smooth out the unusual “bumps in the road” as they occur. We will meet one-on-one with any employee desiring assistance with their own particular situation at any time of the year.
